It sounded like a city from some comic book or other, not that Curnen had ever really been a fan of that stuff. "Most people I know sing or play something. Life's slow, and quiet, but when we get together to play... ain't nothing like it." Even with as little of the world as she'd seen, she knew this. Though sometimes someone from the outside came through with the same kind of spirit in them.
